SES General Services Administration Contract
SES is prepared to
provide services to the Federal Government through our recently-awarded
General Services Administration (GSA) contract. The GSA award provides a rapid
contracting mechanism for Federal agencies to access professional services
from third-party vendors. SES was awarded the
contract for the following Service Identification Numbers (SINs):

Environmental Planning Services and
Documentation;
899-2
Environmental Compliance Services;
899-3
Environmental Occupational Training;
899-7
Geographic Information Systems (GIS);
899-8
Remediation Services; and
899-99
Introduction of New Services.
As a well-developed, planned partnership of specialists in
various aspects of environmental sciences, SES is a consulting
firm that can handle a wide spectrum of environmental services. The SES staff averages
more than 15 years of professional practice in many disciplines; such broad
experience is vital in the rapidly changing and newly developing
applications of environmental management in natural resources and
agriculture. Members of our staff
are known nationally for their contributions to natural resources and
environmental management, and are routinely called upon by national
agencies to provide assistance with the development of new programs and
standards of application.
Overview of SES’s Federal Support Services
SES has extensive
knowledge of and experience with federal and state regulations pertaining
to environmental management and restoration. Our staff has provided services,
including regulatory compliance actions, assessments, and reporting,
involving the following federal regulations and their state equivalents in
numerous states:
- National
Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)
- Endangered
Species Act
- Emergency
Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA)
- Clean
Water Act (CWA), including the Protection of Wetlands Act
- Clean Air
Act (CAA) and National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants
(NESHAPs)
- Resource
Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), including the Solid Waste
Disposal Act (SWDA)
- Comprehensive
Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA)
- Superfund
Action Reauthorization Act (SARA) and SARA Title III

Substances Control Act (TSCA)
- Federal
Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA)
In addition, SES provides technical
services in support of new and developing regulations associated with those
listed above. The new regulations
pertain to management of agricultural operations, including Concentrated
Animal Feeding Operations (CAFOs).
States in which we have successfully provided services related to
these regulations include Arkansas, California, Colorado, Delaware,
Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana,
Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York,
North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, and
Wisconsin. We have worked
extensively with federal agencies, including the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency, U.S. Department of Defense – U.S. Navy, U.S. Army Corps
of Engineers, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture in relation to all of
the environmental regulations, as well as state regulators and private
companies for environmental compliance for process management, corrective
measures for contaminant problems, and for natural resources management and
preservation.
